Order Online is applicable to any T & T Supermarket / Osaka Supermarket in Greater Vancouver only, Albert and Ontario are under construction

Step 1–Select

Click on any product category (For example:Sushi, Cake…).

Step 2–Order

Specify the quantity of each item you wish to order and click "add to cart". When ordering is complete, click "Check-out". Only orders less than $200 (excluding taxes) will be processed. Please order at least 48 hours ahead of pick-up time.
Complete the requested information and click "Submit".

Step 3–Confirm

Verify all the information on your order. Click "back" to make changes, click "Update Shopping Cart" to refresh the page and then click "Check Out".
Verify all the information on the Order Confirmation and click "Confirm".
A Print Order will be available for printing and the Order Confirmation will also be sent to your email address.

Step 4–Pick-up

On the specified date and time, visit your specified T & T Supermarket. Go to the T & T Bakery counter and advise staff of your Confirmation Number. Check the order to make sure that you are satisfied. T & T staff will be happy to bring your order to the Cashier for payment and assist in loading it to your car.

Step 5–Changes after Order Confirmation

If you have any questions or corrections after the confirmation of this order, please call our store which you had chosen for pick up during business hours (including weekends and holidays), together with the confirmation number. T&T staff will check the degree of completion of the order and confirm if changes are possible.

T & T Supermarket regrets that no changes to the order will be possible within 24 hours of the pick-up time.
